The winners of the PFOA Book Contest were announced the end of October. The
anthology, titled "Tails from the Heart" (title suggested by Nancy Campbell)
will be published in the fall of 2008 and will include all the winning entries.
Elizabeth Ann Scarborough of Port Townsend, author of the Nebula Award Winning
novel "The Healer's War" and many other fantasy books, will choose the best of
these best and give them the PFOA Four Paws Award.
