Judy was found in a taped-up cardboard box in the center of the road to the dump. She was rescued when a driver stopped to move boxes off the road. (The others were empty). When taken to a vet, we found that this young kitty was about to become a mother-- and the very next evening she gave birth to 5 darling kittens, all of whom found new homes later.
